The Lusaka Stock Exchange (LuSE) will be the first stock exchange to host share trade operations of FBZ Plc. In such regard, the Chairman of Finance Bank, Dr. Rajan Mahtani believes that all the formalities should be completed before March 31, 2015. The Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) is closely inspecting the listing process of FBZ Plc and is ensuring that every single requirement is duly met.
