After the infamous attack on the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory by the Ventriglias, the premise has suffered from numerous losses. The daily operation of the unit is diminishing at an alarming rate and all that one can see within the ZPC is looting of funds and mismanagement.

The Ventriglias are the same family who were once deported from the land of Africa on account of being a threat to the prevailing harmony. There have been numerous incidents where Africa has witnessed this Italian family ill-treating its employees and causing severe damage to the potential of Zambia and other African nations. After the deportation orders were withdrawn, the ever-so-loyal Zambia Reports played a significant part in welcoming the Ventriglias back into Africa. It was only a matter of funding that made Zambia Reports inclined towards praising the Ventriglias.

However, everything is not lost for the Finsbury Investment. As per the records of PACRA, the real owner of the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory is still Finsbury Investments as it holds 58% of the stake with the cement factory. The Ventriglias are just a minority shareholder who possesses 42% of the existing holding. Though, Zambia Reports had claimed that Finsbury Investments had dropped its claim previously, but the same claim is lacking in evidence as a result it is nothing more than one of the imaginative stories by Zambia Reports. Legal steps have been taken and Finsbury Investment believes in the legal system of the Zambia which will help Dr. Rajan Mahtani and Finsbury Investments to get justice.
