After capturing the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory and mocking Dr. Rajan Mahtani, the Ventriglias now need to face the High Court of Zambia. On April 7, 2015 the High Court of Zambia issued ‘an order for committal to prison’ against the Ventriglias for ignoring and disrespecting the injunction of the Zambian High Court.

In the early hours of April 07, 2015 the Ventriglias had attacked the Zambezi Portland Cement factory and gained control over the management as well the existing funds. They belonged to the group of minority shareholders of ZPC and often felt jealous of Finsbury Investment who owned 58% of the shares. The Ventriglias planned a conspiracy with the help of Zambia Reports and Sakwiba Sikota and distracted Dr. Rajan Mahtani. Meanwhile, they stole the management of ZPC with the help of hired policemen in bandits.

The success story of the Ventriglias is now over as the High Court of Zambia has issued ‘an order for committal to prison’ and they will be soon behind the bars. Here is an attachment that confirms this report.
