A recent publication in Zambia Reports suggests that Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani is looking forward to takeover an integral part of Zambia, the Nitrogen Chemicals of Zambia Ltd., by way of facilitating a high value loan. The story has been presented in such a manner that people are made to believe that Dr. Rajan Mahtani is actually looking forward to commit this hideous act of takeover through a loan. However, the truth in such regard is it is not Dr. Rajan Mahtani who has forwarded the loan, but imagination of the writer at Zambia Reports. They have simply ventilated their jealousy for Dr. Mahtani as their masters are unable accomplish their objective of spreading corruption in Zambia. This is an exclusive example of how the Zambian Government is allowing corruption to breed by overlooking such poor journalism.

One should not forget the fact that the reason for this defamation campaign is actually the Zambezi Portland Cement factory, where the suffering party is an integral part and the conspirators are the minority shareholders.
