It has been six months since the Dr. Rajan Mahtani has not participated in the management of Portland Cement Zambia. During this tenure, PCZ has witnessed its worst phase as the production level has fallen along with heavy losses. Under the management of the Ventriglia family, it has become extremely difficult for the workers to work as salary is rare and employee abuse is in abundance.

A factory whose monthly potential was to generate USD $ 5 million is now a place of mismanagement and poor output. The Ventriglias have only managed to fill up their pockets and used the funds of Porland Cement Zambia to bribe officials and fund news portal. In return, the officials and the news portals continue with their task of assassinating the character of Dr. Rajan Mahtani. In this way, the conspirators are able to keep Dr. Mahtani away from the pending case which is presently due at the High Court.

Portland Cement Zambia needs a leader, not a cheater

Portland Cement Zambia has always looked for a leader. A person who has a vision to take this factory to a whole new level and enhance its productivity to generate more profits. But at the moment, the factory is in the hands of some greedy people whose objective is to loot the factory for as long as the decision of the High Court is pending. The workers are being fired from the factory because the Ventriglias consider them to be redundant and most importantly, there is hardly any sight of development which is taking place within the premise of Portland Cement Zambia.

Under the leadership of Dr. Rajan Mahtani, Portland Cement Zambia registered its highest output in 2014 by producing more than 1, 00, 000 tonnes of cement in excess. At the moment, the golden days look like a dream!
