Zambia Reports is once again trying to catch the attention of the Zambians by claiming that it has proofs which confirms that Dr. Rajan Mahtani had forged signatures. In an article, which once again comes from a faceless writer, ZR has mentioned that a former lawyer of Dr. Mahtani has disclosed the fact that she had seen the accused committing the crime. The lawyer who is being dragged into this matter is none other than Zaheeda Essa.

The policy of dragging names associated with Dr. Mahtani is not new for ZR. The only objective which the writer for ZR had in his mind was to create a rift within Dr. Mahtani and people who are close to him. Recently, another article from ZR flashed that the CEO of Loita Group was disinterested in investing in Zambia because of the shareholding terms laid by the Finance Bank. However, when media approached Justine Chinyanta, CEO of Loita Group, things turned out to be completely different. Mr. Chinyanta went to the extent of claiming the Dr. Rajan Mahtani was his brother in Christ.

As far as, the current matter is concerned, the conspirators have managed to influence the former lawyer of Dr. Mahtani and have offered her immunity provided she testified against the former Finance Bank Chairman.

The result of this step is that ZR has one more fabricated news to flaunt and continue to claim that Dr. Rajan Mahtani had forged the signatures on the share transfer certificated for the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory. At the moment, it is evident that the ZPC is going through a chaotic situation where the minority shareholders of the factory, the Ventriglias have taken the management in their own hands through corruption and bandit goons. Their campaign to defame Dr. Mahtani is helping them to hold onto their seats for long.
