When will the defamation campaign against Dr. Rajan Mahtani stop?

It appears that the conspirators are determined to execute their defamation campaign under any given situation. Irrespective of the fact that they have been denied an opportunity to appeal to the Supreme Court in regard to share forgery case, they have continued with their imaginative stories which are based on meritless arguments.

.

Recently, Zambia Reports published an article where it has claimed that its ‘well-placed source’ has confirmed that the Chairman of Mahtani Group of Companies, Dr. Rajan Mahtani tried to bribe a government official in return for his passport which was confiscated. However, nobody apart from the ‘well-placed source’ is aware of this fact including Dr. Mahtani and the government official himself. It is being assumed that the well-placed source continues to live in a state of hallucination where he frames stories which can give Zambia Reports an opportunity to post something against Dr. Mahtani.

.

As a matter of fact, this news popped up after Dr. Mahtani filed a case in the Zambia High Court under cause 2015/HO/1093 against the Inspector General of Police and the DPP. The same was also covered by various news portals such as Daily nation and the Post.

.

A confusion that needs to be cleared is that Dr. Rajan Mahtani is an educated Zambian and understands the scope of the law. If he needs his passport back, he knows that he can get it through approaching a legal body rather than paying US $ 1 million to any government official. The bottom line is that the conspirators have lost their sanity and are trying to publish stories which are untrue and purely based on imagination. However, the same will not be cut short as Dr. Mahtani has gained access to a judicial review on June 25 2015 from the Lusaka High Court.
