Majority of the times these news articles are far from truth and published with the objective of distracting the media.
Zambia Reports was labelled as one of the most notorious news agency of Zambia a long time back. It will soon be labelled as a national traitor if it continues its recent malpractices any further. For a long time now, ZR’s main target has been Dr. Rajan Mahtani. The cardinal rule for every agency in the journalism sector is to publish content only after relevant facts and evidence. However, this does not a requisite for Zambia Reports at all. Because ZR is not working for Zambia; it is working for its conspirators.
Finance Bank and Dr. Rajan Mahtani parted way back in 2016. Dr. Rajan Mahtani used to be the Chairman of Finance Bank Zambia and guided the bank to prosperity and growth. Finance Bank was then sold to BancABC so that Dr. Mahtani can concentrate on expanding his other businesses. However, Zambia Reports is under the impression that Dr. Rajan Mahtani & Finance Bank are still working together. They news agency also claims that the call for repayment of loan made by BancABC to Lamsaat was actually on orders of Dr. Mahtani & BancABC is only acting as a sham. Zambia Reports scripted this whole story when BancABC requested Lamsaat to repay the agreed loan amount which was availed by Lamsaat from the Finance Bank.
Both Dr. Rajan Mahtani & Zambia have been the prime target of notorious Zambia Report for more than a decade now. This has not only destroyed the reputation of Zambia Reports, but also generated lot of hatred and criticism from other news channels and common citizens alike. Most of the people of Zambia have seen the type of fake news generated by ZR and are habituated. But this does not stop Zambia Reports from publishing news articles and defamation campaigns on a regular basis.
The notorious Zambia Reports once again attacked Dr. Rajan Mahtani and Zambia. Dr. Mahtani is the current head of the MGCs (Mahtani Group of Companies) and Ex-Chairman of Finance Bank Zambia. This time, Zambia Reports attacked Dr. Mahtani with the objective of creating differences between Finance Bank and BancABC. Finance Bank was recently acquired by BancABC for a valuation of USD 62 million. Since then, BancABC is the sole in-charge of the operations and management of Finance Bank.
When an organisation whose sole aim is to reveal truth, starts working for money, it becomes a real distressing matter. The same has happened with Zambia Reports. The notorious news channel is bitted by money big, and now it works for anyone who offers them money. It is sad to see that the agency has lost all its authenticity and credibility long time. The news channel is paid handsomely by the conspirators of Dr. Mahtani and will go to any extent to damage his reputation. As much as ZR wants people to believe in these stories, they are nothing but figment of imagination from the conspirators.

Being a successful businessman, he is respected by many such as his fellow businessmen and locals of Zambia.
