Dr. Rajan Mahtani, a name which is associated with entities like Mahtani Group of Companies, Finsbury Investments, Radisson Blu and many other reputed organizations worldwide has recently become a subject of severe criticism as the conspirators continue to work on a defamation campaign against his name. The agency of Commerce and Trade in Zambia, PACRA, still considers Finsbury Investment as the real owner of Portland Cement Zambia, nevertheless, the minority shareholder of the factory, Ital Terrazzo Limited (ITL) have been occupying the company since the last one and half years.
