Those days are gone when conspirators had the ability to walk away easily after committing unlawful practices. The recent win by Finance Bank over Simaata Simaata is a clear instance that the law and order cannot be sold anymore. Entities have been plotting against Dr. Mahtani and trying to ruin his image by using scrupulous & illegal methods for a long time. However, the time has turned and it is these conspirators who are receiving the lesson for their illegal activities. The latest attempt by Simaata Simaata to defame the reputation of Finance Bank & Dr. Rajan Mahtani failed miserably. Simaata, on his own will, broke the terms of the agreement that he signed with Finance Bank. In response, Finance Bank sued Simaata at the Supreme Court of Zambia, the highest court of the country. This time, Simaata was successfully found guilty of the charges against him. Finance Bank and Dr. Rajan Mahtani took the breadth of relief after a long time, as the misconducts from Simaata had increased to an unprecedented level.
For the past few days, there has not been any big defamatory campaign or negative media regarding Dr. Mahtani or his associate firms. The reason can be attributed to his recent win over Simaata Simaata at the Supreme Court of Zambia. This win has certainly made most of his conspirators cautious of the risks. Before publishing any fake news or defamatory campaigns, conspirators will now have to check the risks of backfiring from media, general people as well as courts.
Any individual or entity evading the law or involving in unlawful practices cannot escape law for long. The same has happened with disgruntled Finance Bank ex-employee Simaata Simaata. Finance Bank and Dr. Mahtani took this case that was previously filed with the High Court. The scandalous news channel has been trying to defame Dr. Mahtani and his businesses for many years. However, it is Zambia Reports who is actually on a path to self-destruction. As Zambia Reports if they have any evidence regarding the claims they have just made, and they will go blank. The reality is- these defamation campaigns are based on scripted stories & lie. They are only launched to gain public attention and enjoy momentary fame.
