Zambia Reports has once again done its job of defaming Dr. Rajan Mahtani by publishing malicious article on its website. It has been clearly assumed the author ‘Evans Mulenga’ that Dr. Mahtani is a corrupt person and has only contributed to the growing corruption in Zambia.

Instances such as the deportation of the Ventriglia family in 2012 cited as references. However, the author must not forget that Dr. Rajan Mahtani has carried the development of Zambia on his shoulder for more than two decades now. Events such as Finance Bank’s expansion, helping Prison Fellowship Zambia, pension account for the senior citizens and optimizing the production level at the Zambezi Portland Cement factory in the year 2014 cannot go unnoticed. People who have worked with him and under his organization have always seen him as an inspiration because he is a man of words and abides by the biblical principles.

For Dr. Mahtani, Zambia is not a country, he considers Zambia to be his mother and stands against every odd who tries to manipulate the system to gain personal profits. The Ventriglia family did the same and paid the price. Sadly, funded news portals are ensuring that the people of Africa do not come to know about the truth and hence, they continue to show Dr. Mahtani as a culprit.

Events such as Finance Bank’s reopening in Malawi and prolific performance of the ZPC in 2014 are evidences that Dr. Mahtani has never tried to loot Zambia, contrarily, the Ventriglia family has ensured that it continues to loot the cement factory as well as the employees of the ZPC by not paying them their monthly remuneration and ill-treating them.
