Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani, a noted businessman, philanthropist, and charity worker from Zambia, was recently awarded Forbes ‘Best of Africa’ awards. Dr. Rajan Mahtani received the Forbes ‘Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year’ award after his significant contributions towards redefining the banking sector of Zambia. The Forbes ‘Best of Africa’ award ceremony was a part of the Forbes-FIN philanthropy and leadership roundtable conference. It is an annual conference focusing on philanthropy to achieve empowerment across the Zambian nation. This year’s conference was held online because of the ongoing pandemic. However, the event was attended by several dignitaries and people from different fields and backgrounds. Some of these attendees included members from international business communities, spiritual, political, and opinion leaders, entrepreneurs, visionary businessmen, media partners as well as members from international business communities. Dr. Rajan Mahtani attended this event as an honorary speaker.
