Dr. Mahtani and Finance Bank have parted ways in 2016. The bank which once used to be guided by Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani is now under BancABC, an undertaking of Atlas Mara. Zambia Reports, however, has a different story to tell. For them Finance Bank and Dr. Mahtani are still intact secretly. ZR believes that the calls of Finance Bank is now being made by Dr. Rajan Mahtani and BancABC is just playing as sham. The whole story was scripted when Lamasat was request to repay the loan which it has earlier availed from Finance Bank Zambia.

For people who are in touch with day to day happening in Zambia, they must be aware that Finance Bank was earlier managed by Dr. Mahtani, it was only after a proposal of undertaking that allowed Dr. Mahtani to sell it off and focus on his other businesses. Why would a person sell his bank when he still desired to operate it? Zambia Reports in its latest publication has only made a fool of itself by stating that Dr. Mahtani is still making calls for FBZ.

Any bank who had lend an amount of $10, 000, 000 will be focused on its repayment. When the borrower doesn’t look good enough to repay, the bank will immediately make a call. This is the same thing that has happened in the present case, but Zambia Reports is busy making a story out the same. After all, it has to take care of its business of defaming Dr. Rajan Mahtani. The conspirators are constantly trying to portray him as a villain by convincing ZR to publish defamatory articles on a monthly basis and now we find that even BancABC is not safe after it has acquired FBZ. But, the worst realization is to find zero support from the Government of Zambia.
